Rosie and Charley are siblings and best friends. We adopted them from friends who rescued their little family.
Bugsy showed up on our street on a hot summer day - tiny, hungry, and as it turns out, very lucky. He thinks Charley is his mum!
There is also the occasional litter of foster kittens . . .
These felines have been kind enough to share the house with us. We thought we might share them with you.

Mama No Mo'!
Dear Prudence had her surgery on Friday and she is doing very well thanks to the folks at Golden State Animal Care Center in Long Beach. My bank account is happy, too - about $55 for spay and vaccinations - WAY less than just about any private practice. Pru's spending her recovery days in the guest room in the company of little Bella, who is recuperating from a leg injury. Got wrasslin'?

Bella feels well enough to play with a fuzzy, just not with her rowdy siblings.
And just in case anyone is wondering, she's called "Bella" because she is lovely and she used to be called Little Belly. Nothing to do with the upcoming Twilight release!
