THESE ARE OUR CATS! THIS IS MY BLOG!

Rosie and Charley are siblings and best friends. We adopted them
from friends who rescued their little family.

Bugsy showed up on our street on a hot summer day - tiny, hungry, and as it turns out, very lucky.
He thinks Charley is his mum!

There is also the occasional litter of foster kittens . . .

These felines have been kind enough to share the house with us.
We thought we might share them with you.

Around the Kitteh Haus

It has been quite a season for kittens!  Little Jasmine and Oliver Twist (Ollie) are the last two left who need to find forever homes. Until then, they are having a swell time with the resident redheads.

Aunt Mari made this playhouse for the kittens,
but apparently it has ageless appeal!
"Geezoontite! You wanna tissue?"

Cuddle buds Ollie and Charley.

Jasmine's out like a light.

Dreaming of a home together . . .

  2. I suppose we all have an agenda of some kind. me, I just want to thank (yes! Thank) you Kelly for posting such delightful pictures taken without the destructive curse of FLASH on CAMERA. That's mainly why they seem so natural, and so easily bring the appeal of these beautiful creatures directly to our heart. You know this of course - I am talking to the vast majority of bloggers who spoil their cat snaps by shining a brilliant white light in their sitters' faces at the moment of exposure - blotting out all of any atmosphere that might exist in the scene before them, or expression that might exist in the beautiful kitty eyes of their sitters. It is not difficult to learn a few simple things to make kitty pictures appealing - as you have obviously done Kelly, and I am not trying to promote my particular hobby of simulating works of 'art' through cat photography and post-editing. Your natural approach has universal appeal, unlike my stuff. Thanks for sharing, and allowing my rant. (if you do!) Bob
